Situated in a convenient, historical location in downtown Rapid City, we're dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality mental health services that empower individuals and families to live healthier, happier lives.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide mental health services to clients - including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing session in alignment with our values of integrity and compassion.

    • Uphold our commitment to excellence by maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with state, federal, and insurance guidelines.

    • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote growth, resilience, and positive transformation, reflecting our values of collaboration and diversity and inclusion.

    Requirements:

    • The ideal candidate embodies our values of integrity, compassion, excellence, collaboration, and diversity and inclusion in all aspects of your work.

    • Hold a current license in South Dakota as an LPC-MH, LMFT, CSW-PIP, or LP.

    • Carry an individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.

    • Demonstrate proficiency in keeping and updating client treatment and progress in our EHR to ensure adherence to state, federal, and insurance guidelines.

  • Position: Administrative Professional

    Are you an outgoing, detail-oriented person with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Foundations Counseling LLC is seeking a dynamic team player to join our amazing Admin Team and provide front desk support for our outpatient mental health private practice. As an integral member of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering an outstanding experience to our clients and clinicians. This Candidate will also be willing to learn and grow with us!

    Foundations Counseling LLC was founded in 2021 with a clear purpose: to lay the foundations for mental health and well-being by providing personalized, and empowering counseling services. We are committed to creating a supportive environment that fosters growth, resilience, and positive transformation for individuals and the community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner.

    • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.

    • Schedule appointments and manage the clinicians' calendars efficiently.

    • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality at all times.

    • Collect payments from clients.

    • Assist with billing and insurance processing as needed.

    • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.

    • Collaborate with colleagues to provide support and assistance as needed.

    Qualifications - You will rock this role if you:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; 

      • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

      • Are you a university student studying Psychology and wanting to get experience in a private practice setting? This role will immerse the candidate in a growing outpatient mental health private practice setting!

    • Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc).

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

    This is a W2 employee position that will likely start out part-time with the potential to transition to full-time (40 hours per week).
