Many people often feel completely alone in what they are going through, believing that no one else could truly understand their pain, circumstances, or situation. This sense of isolation can make life's challenges feel far heavier than they need to be, convincing people that they must suffer in silence or figure everything out on their own.
I help clients see that while their situation and personal journey may be unique, they don't have to face it by themselves. By combining an individualized, compassionate approach with an understanding of shared human experience, I work alongside clients to break down that sense of isolation and build meaningful strategies for healing.
I aim to create a safe, supportive, and grounded environment where clients feel truly understood, validated, and equipped to move forward. Knowing you no longer have to carry burdens by yourself is extremely empowering for change.

"Originally from Texas, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the peaceful pace and crisp, dry climate of Western South Dakota. Outside of work, I love spending time in the Black Hills! Whether I’m hiking, trout fishing, or cooking for friends and family, I cherish the relationships that ground my life."
